Fumigation treatments are one of the best treatments for getting rid of stored product insects. Our fumigation treatments can remove insects and pests including mites, moths, beetles, weevils and more. We specialise in getting rid of pests from grain and rice storage. Providing solutions to prevent contamination after the fumigation treatments. We also offering pre-harvest treatments ahead of storing your products.
The fumigation treatments typically take between 7 to 14 days. When carrying out a fumigation treatment we’ll seal the product or area. We’ll then insert the activate the fumigant. And we’ll return to safely remove and dispose of the materials used. Once we’ve completed the treatment, you’ll receive a gas-free clearance and certificate of fumigation for your records.

Grain store fumigation
If you store grain, this can be an ideal breeding ground for pests. If you don’t treat an infestation quickly, a small number of insects can grow very fast, the result can lead to a devastating end to your crops. Once we’ve identified the type of contamination we treat the grain with a level of Phosphine (pH3) gas evenly distributed throughout your crop. We’ll seal your grain store for 7 to 14 days depending on the environment and temperature to ensure complete removal of the pests.
Silo fumigation
We’ll need to first ensure how your Silo is sealed before we’re able to carry out a treatment. Checking for any areas where the gas might leak out. Depending on the type of silo you have, will depend on how the fumigation treatment is set up. If you have an open-top or bolted steel silo we’ll need to seal it before we begin the fumigation treatment. It’s important as insects and pests can become immune to low levels of Phosphine (pH3) gas if the silo isn’t correctly prepared. Allowing them to lay eggs and multiple in population.
Container fumigation
We find that containers are often a perfect breeding ground for pests. And often during the shipping process, pest fumigation can be overlooked. To ensure you’re importing or exporting bulk containers and shipping containers that remain pest free we offer a fumigation service to help you. We provide a service for both businesses and ports involved in the shipping and transportation of containers.
Stack fumigation & Under sheet commodities
If the product you store is under a sheet or a packaged product then we’ll carry out a fumigation treatment that will be contained under a gas-proof sheet. This is the space under the affected area to remove all pests and any egg they may leave behind. We use Under sheet stack fumigation to treat many items of raw materials and finished goods, packaging materials and timber.
Pre-harvest treatments
